How to contact support
Sending the right details in the first email helps us solve your issue faster.
Please send an email to support@bidaskflow.com.
Please use the email used for sign‑in, include the license / contact ID from your dashboard and a brief description of the issue.
To help us respond even faster, you can also include:
- Your NinjaTrader version. Make sure you are using 8.1.5 or newer
- The instrument and timeframe you were using when the issue occurred.
- A screenshot of the chart and any error message you see (if applicable).
Response time
We usually reply within 24 hours on trading days. Messages sent over the weekend or major holidays may take a little longer.
